Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented associate to manage and monitor inventory across front-end and pharmacy operations. You will participate in receiving, counting, pricing, and returns while ensuring accurate planograms and on-hand balances.

You will also support order placement, vendor communications, and price changes, contributing to a seamless customer experience and strong store performance. A flexible schedule including evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coach team on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes, including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scan deliveries while vendor is in-store; perform One Box receiving and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Verify pharmacy shipments posted for products received; complete postings for pharmacy orders daily.
• Maintain inventory counts and pricing accuracy across departments and pharmacy.
• Support front-end and pharmacy ordering, monitor orders for excesses, and assist with inventory organization.
