Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a stock and inventory associate to support both front-end and pharmacy inventory management. Responsibilities include receiving, counting, ordering, returns, and ensuring accurate planograms and pricing.

You will protect assets, review reports, and assist with store opening/closing and cash handling when required. Experience in retail or Walgreens is preferred; a flexible schedule, attention to detail, and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage execution.
• Experience identifying issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end and pharmacy inventory, including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Monitor on-hand balances and pricing; ensure planogram accuracy.
• Protect assets; file claims for overages, shortages, damaged goods, and recalls.
• Open/close store as needed, including cash handling and POS duties.
• Lead warehouse and vendor inventory processes; create and receive orders.
• Assist with pricing tasks: price changes, markdowns, and signage accuracy.
• Support pharmacy recalls and interstore transfers when applicable.
