Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented store operations associate to manage inventory across front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, and handling returns. You will support planograms, on-shelf availability, and pricing accuracy while maintaining store security and loss prevention standards.

Successful candidates will have strong English communication, flexibility in scheduling, and prior experience in retail or Walgreens operations.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Conduct front end and pharmacy asset protection activities and process related returns and losses.
• Open and close the store as required, including cash handling and ensuring readiness of floor and stock room.
• Lead by example in customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience.
