Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is seeking an Inventory & Operations Associate focused on store-wide inventory controls for front end and pharmacy. You will execute, monitor, and train on best practices, assist with receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, and returns, and ensure planograms accuracy.

In this role you will review reports, manage pricing accuracy, support asset protection, and assist with opening/closing duties in designated stores.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior retail or Walgreens experience or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the full store including front end and pharmacy.
• Support receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy.
• Review reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection and file claims for overages, shortages, or damaged goods.
• Open and close the store when required and handle cash and POS tasks in designated stores.
• Engage customers to deliver a positive experience and coach team members on service standards.
