Job summary

Walgreens in the United States is hiring for an Inventory & Operations Associate focused on store and pharmacy inventory. You will execute, monitor, and train on inventory best practices, receive and count deliveries, maintain planograms, and ensure accurate pricing and stock levels across departments.

Under pharmacist supervision, you will support asset protection, order fulfillment, and end-to-end inventory tasks, including recalls, returns, and audits, while delivering strong customer service

Qualifications

• Six months of retail experience or one year in retail (external)
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to multi-task and follow procedures
• Experience with inventory and pricing accuracy

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy inventory processes
• Review reports to ensure on-hand balances and pricing accuracy
• Assist with pricing changes, markdowns, and signage
• Support warehouse, vendor, and pharmacy inventory activities and recalls
• Open/close store duties in absence of management where required
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience
