Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an Inventory & Operations Associate to execute, monitor, and train on store-wide inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy, support asset protection, pricing, planograms, and daily receiving. You will engage customers, assist with deliveries, help ensure On-Shelf Availability, and assist with cash handling as leader on duty in designated stores.

Qualifications

Six months of retail experience or Walgreens experience.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Experience identifying operational issues and proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store.
Support pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
Open and close the store in the absence of store management, with cash handling and POS duties.
Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
Lead on duty responsibilities, including registers and price verification.
Maintain On-Shelf Availability, accurate pricing, and orderly shelves.
