Job summary

Chemtrade Anacortes facility seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the Mechanical Integrity Program clerical tasks within Maintenance, using CMMS and SAP for work orders and stores. You will oversee parts received and shipped, develop job kits and BOMs, and ensure spare parts are stocked to reduce downtime.

Responsibilities include KPI reporting, organizing inventory, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year warehouse experience with inventory control.
• Experience with SAP and CMMS is a plus.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Strong computer skills and ability to read documentation.

Responsibilities

• Order and receive materials/parts and manage storage.
• Maintain KPI reports and inventory accuracy.
• Unpack, store, and track items and materials.
• Coordinate returns and ensure part availability.
• Prepare parts for jobs and maintain BOMs for assets.
• Use SAP to update inventory and communicate with vendors.
