Job summary

The Stock Associate at Deckers Brands supports store operations by receiving, storing, picking, counting, and distributing products to meet daily demand. You help maintain neat stock rooms and ensure accurate inventory through careful handling of shipments and transfers between locations.

You will replenish shelves, display merchandise according to Visual Merchandising standards, greet customers, answer questions, and share product knowledge to drive sales.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail store management preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Excellent team-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products to meet store needs.
• Verify shipments and handle discrepancies to keep inventory accurate.
• Help assemble, pack, and ship transfers between retail locations or distribution centers.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, direct them to products and areas, answer questions, and share product knowledge.
• Report to Store Manager and maintain safety and security practices.
