Qualifications

• One year of inventory control and/or price book experience in retail or related field, or one year of combined merchandising with POS and back-office familiarity.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• HS diploma or GED (or 10 years of experience) and computer literacy with Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensures customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and quality service.
• Maintains inventory and invoices to support entry in POS and inventory tracking systems.
• Communicates with suppliers/vendors about costs, guaranteed products, check‑in, credits, and paperwork.
• Enters data into the inventory system; generates variance reports for each location and resolves issues.
• Reconciles invoices to reflect cost of sales, margins, promotions, and trends.
• Monitors par levels, price points, and tracks promotions; generates merchandising reports.
• Analyzes pricing trends and variances; uses category management tools.
