Job summary

Soma in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a Support Associate who will work both in the back of the house and on the sales floor, handling shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and keeping inventory organized to ensure a smooth customer experience. You’ll uphold brand standards, assist with visual merchandising, and contribute to a positive team culture.

Must be 18+, with flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes including intake, storage, and ticketing for smooth replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate; ensure new products are merchandised on the floor promptly.
• Execute product restocking and price changes; maintain brand standards in-store visuals and signage.
• Assist store leaders with visual directives, floor sets, and window displays.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience through hospitality and teamwork.
