Soma is hiring a Support Associate in South Windsor, CT to help keep the customer experience smooth by managing inventory and supporting the sales floor. You will process shipments, move products from stockroom, and ensure items are where they need to be.

You will be involved in merchandising, restocking, and updating price changes while upholding brand standards. A team-focused attitude and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the floor in a timely manner and update price changes.
• Restock products and adjust signage to reflect sets and promotions.
• Support visual merchandising efforts including floor sets and window changes.
