Job summary

Soma is hiring a Support Associate for Store 5446-Maine Mall-Soma-South Portland, ME 04106. You will manage inventory processes, move products from stockroom, and ensure items are where they need to be on the sales floor.

You’ll help keep the stockroom neat, merchandise new products promptly, and support price changes, visual directives, and signage. A customer‑focused, team‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with strong ownership and initiative.
• Able to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and reliable attendance.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor promptly.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment in line with brand standards.
• Assist leaders with visual directives, floor sets, signage and window updates.
• Deliver a customer‑focused experience and support teamwork.
