Job summary

Knitwell Group is seeking a Support Associate to help manage inventory and provide a seamless customer experience at our Soma location. You will work both in back-of-house and on the sales floor, ensuring stock accuracy and brand standards are upheld.

The role requires 18+ years old, flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude with strong organization. Lifting up to 50 pounds and POS familiarity are expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Assist store leaders with updating floor sets, window changes, and signage placements.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience that reflects hospitality.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

About the role
As a Support Associate, your role places you both in the back of the house and on the sales floor. You manage inventory processes that keep the customer experience running smoothly—processing shipments, moving products from the stockroom, and ensuring everything is where it needs to be. You’re proactive, pay close attention to detail, and keep the team informed about inventory needs. You also uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive team culture.
