Job summary

Soma is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory and support both back-of-house and on-floor operations in Houston, TX. You will process shipments, move products from stockroom, and ensure merchandise is accurately stocked and priced while upholding brand standards.

You will contribute to a positive team culture through hospitality, teamwork, and dependable attendance. This role is temporary/part-time with flexible scheduling.

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep the stockroom neatly organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Execute product restocking and price changes.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Update floor sets, signage, and visual presentations as directed.
