Soma is seeking a Support Associate for Store 5454-Shops at Sea Island-Soma-St. Simons Island, GA 31522. You will manage inventory, process shipments, and keep the stockroom organized to ensure a smooth customer experience on the sales floor.

Bring passion for fashion and empowerment, plus a team-first attitude. You will assist with visual updates, price changes, and maintaining brand standards while helping customers and supporting store leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commitment to regular attendance to ensure adequate coverage.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory: intake, store, and ticket merchandise for replenishment.
• Keep stockroom organized and easy to navigate.
• Merchandise new products on the sales floor promptly.
• Restock and update prices as needed.
• Maintain an inviting store environment reflecting brand standards.
• Assist leaders with visual directives and signage placements.
