Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Stock Associate for our HOKA stores in the Dallas area. You will organize inventory, merchandise items, and assist customers to ensure product availability and a positive shopping experience.

You will work with the Stock Lead and store team to maintain safe stock areas, replenish floors, and uphold Visual Merchandising standards while delivering exceptional customer service and teamwork daily.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to convey Deckers Brands vision to team and customers.
• Strong team-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Organize inventory and create safe, efficient stock areas in collaboration with the Stock Lead.
• Receive and merchandise items so customers have the product they want when they want it.
• Operate as part of a dynamic team to achieve business goals.
• Receive, store, pick, count, and distribute products and materials to meet store needs.
• Receive and verify shipments and handle discrepancies to keep counts accurate.
• Replenish and display product on the sales floor following Visual Merchandising standards.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and promote the store and brand image.
