Job summary

Headway Technologies in Milpitas is looking for a full-time Material Handler to manage inventory and assist with equipment/tool repairs. Key responsibilities include completing ATS forms, tracking inventory levels, and sourcing suppliers for parts.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma and three years of experience in a similar role. Additional skills in Microsoft Office applications and effective communication are necessary for success in this position, which offers an hourly rate between $20.00 and $25.00.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Material Handler or Production Control Specialist.
• Knowledge of kitting, pulling, and staging parts.

Responsibilities

• Complete ATS forms for equipment/tool repairs or cleaning.
• Review and issue credits for material transfers.
• Perform research for new suppliers for parts or equipment.
• Prepare PM kits for scheduled tool maintenance.
• Track and maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Load and unload materials using a forklift.
