Job summary

Headway Technologies in Milpitas, CA is seeking a Material Handler to manage inventory, support tool repairs, and maintain parts for manufacturing.

You will handle ATS forms, process credits, source suppliers, assemble PM kits, and operate a forklift while ensuring safety. This role requires a HS diploma and 3 years of experience; schedule is Fri-Sun and every other Thu, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience as Material Handler or Production Control Specialist.
• Knowledge of kitting, pulling, and staging parts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and complete ATS forms for equipment/tool repairs or cleaning.
• Review and issue credits for material transfers; process purchase requisitions.
• Research and source new or alternate suppliers for parts/equipment.
• Prepare and pull PM kits for tool maintenance.
• Track and maintain inventory levels.
• Unpack and verify parts against orders and invoices.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve material discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and management.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack to load/unload parts.
• Overtime may be required.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed.
