Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick up, deliver, and stock materials across the campus using PIV equipment and manual transport. You will use scanners, PCs, and tablets to ensure inventory accuracy and timely replenishment for assembly areas.

The role emphasizes safety, 5S cleanliness, and adherence to documented processes while performing tasks such as staging, transferring, and reporting inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience to perform the duties.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Ability to operate scanners/tablets and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Must maintain safety standards and follow 5S practices.

Responsibilities

• Operates PIV equipment to receive, deliver and store supplies.
• Obtains work orders to determine parts and delivery locations.
• Retrieves sub-assemblies and parts from storage; loads carts.
• Uses a scanner/tablet to manage transactions and inventory inquiries.
• Returns unused parts and moves completed assemblies to designated locations.
• Maintains a clean workplace following 5S standards.
