Job summary

HM Electronics Inc. is seeking a Stockroom Clerk III, 1st Shift, in Carlsbad, CA to perform stock, inventory and warehousing tasks. The role requires accurate data entry into the ERP system, cycle counts, replenishment, and material movements using RF devices.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. On-site work with a 6:30am–3:00pm shift and competitive hourly pay, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years or related experience required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Windows, Teams, Training software).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent math/analytical skills using Excel.
• Good time management and organization skills.
• Experience in order fulfillment and RF-based cycle counts.
• Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Stockroom duties including FIFO inventory control and replenishment to correct storage locations.
• Organize and consolidate materials; ensure ERP locations are updated and material movements are recorded via RF devices.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with quality holds, engineering changes, and transfers as needed.
• Assist Receiving Clerk I functions and maintain a clean, safe work area; participate in Lean initiatives.
• Manage administrative tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing and logistics.
