Job summary

Thermach in Wisconsin seeks a Material Handler to support production and shipping with accurate inventory control. You will receive, store, and issue materials, perform cycle counts, and prepare parts for orders, using ERP systems to maintain inventory accuracy.

We value a high school diploma, prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Epicor exposure is a plus; forklift certification is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse/inventory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, pack slips, and shipping documents.
• Inventory cycle counts and discrepancy investigation experience required.
• Strong computer skills and ERP systems experience expected (Epicor preferred).
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory transactions in ERP, including receipts, issues, transfers.
• Perform cycle counts and document discrepancies.
• Receive, verify, and store materials; label and store correctly.
• Pull and stage parts for production; support shipping with accurate order preparation.
• Maintain organized storage areas and assist with inventories and audits.
