Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a Materials Handler for our Modular department to ensure accurate receipt, storage, and delivery of materials supporting production and customer orders. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, safety, and smooth operations as we scale.

Your day-to-day includes shipping/receiving tasks, cycle counts, ERP queue management in Epicor, and ensuring the warehouse stays organized and safe for all staff and visitors. Forklift操作 and independent work are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse associate/shipping role (manufacturing preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience driving a forklift is required.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good data entry, math and computer skills.
• Ability to follow-through on assignments and strong time management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shipping and receiving administration, check in products, and match purchase orders.
• File requests for materials and stock items.
• Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Clear and manage the materials queue in Epicor.
• Maintain a safe, accessible warehouse for staff and customers.
• Pull parts for production and customer orders using ERP pick lists.
• Package orders to prevent shipping damage and load/unload trucks.
