Job summary

Oshkosh Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Materials Specialist I to support inventory planning, receiving, stocking, delivery and shipment. You will operate material handling equipment and contribute to data accuracy and process improvements to optimize material flow in our facility.

The role requires strong Excel/Word skills, a dedication to timely data entry, and willingness to work overtime to meet production demands. On-site work in Missouri with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work overtime including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular in-person attendance on-site.
• Pass internal Powered Industrial Equipment license test.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory through timely and precise data entry.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and system issues.
• Identify and correct receiving problems.
• Monitor and maintain inventory stock levels.
• Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to deliver exceptional service.
• Assist with cycle counts, ISL management and related initiatives.
