Griswold Industries Dba Cla-Val in California seeks a Stockroom Lead to manage inventory of materials, oversee receipt, storage, and disbursement, and lead the stockroom team.

Under supervision, you will conduct cycle counts, train clerks, and ensure safe handling and accurate records. Forklift operation and basic inventory software skills are required.

This role emphasizes punctuality, teamwork, and adherence to safety policies in a dynamic manufacturing environment in Costa Mesa, CA.

Competenze

Experience in stock and inventory control.
Forklift certification and safe operating knowledge.
Familiarity with inventory software and record-keeping.

Receive and check in materials and supplies.
Instruct stock clerks on storage, handling, and labeling.
Expedite disbursement of stocks to manufacturing and Shipping.
Train new employees and assign work to stock clerks.
Monitor inventory levels and trigger reorders at low stock points.
Perform cycle counts and adjust records for variances.
Prepare stock areas for physical inventories and lead annual counts.
Enter data in computer systems and update stock records.
Enter received materials and track locations.
