Job summary

ONE Gas, Inc. in Oklahoma City is seeking a Warehouse Materials Coordinator II to provide materials support for operations across service areas. You will issue, receive, stock, and package materials using forklifts and bar code scanners while ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment.

This role requires 2–4 years of related experience and an associate degree in a related field. Proficiency with Oracle MMS, Excel, Word, and a strong safety mindset is expected; CDL/OSHA forklift

Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant experience; one year minimum.
• Reading and interpreting company forms, transfers, and invoices.
• Ability to resolve discrepancies and communicate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with office equipment and software including Oracle MMS and MS Office.
• Knowledge of storeroom/inventory policies and purchase procedures.

Responsibilities

• Issue and receive materials, stock shelves, and package items for shipping using forklifts and scanners.
• Create replenishment requisitions and coordinate transfers between locations.
• Review material requests and coordinate with stakeholders to fulfill them.
• Maintain inventory and prepare reports: usage, order points, transfers, and inspections.
• Ensure safety, perform vehicle and forklift inspections, and manage records.
