Job summary

ONE Gas, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Materials Coordinator II, Stores to provide materials support for operations across service areas.

You will issue and receive materials, stock shelves, prepare items for shipping, and use bar code scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment. The role requires two to four years of relevant experience, an associate degree in business or supply chain, and the ability to read and interpret documents, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant experience; minimum of one year required.
• Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret company forms, transfer/purchase documents, freight bills, and inventories.
• Ability to resolve purchase order and inventory discrepancies; communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Issue and receive materials, stock shelves, and prepare items for shipping using equipment.
• Create material replenishment requisitions and coordinate transfers between distribution centers.
• Review material requests and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Maintain records and reports such as inventory, usage, orders, and inspections.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in forklift and vehicle operations.
