Job summary

Wrench Group is seeking a reliable Warehouse Receiving Coordinator in Oklahoma City to manage inbound shipments, verify documents, and update inventory systems. You will route materials, support cycles counts, and maintain a safe receiving area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years warehouse/receiving/logistics experience.
• Proficient with Excel, inventory databases and WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and organization skills.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify packing lists and shipment documentation.
• Organize purchase orders and records.
• Update inventory in the warehouse system.
• Label, tag and route materials to storage.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks if certified.
• Deliver parts to field technicians when needed.
• Keep receiving area clean and organized.
• Support cycle counts and audits.
