Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate/technical training preferred.
• Experience with mechanical or field service inventory strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to enforce strict inventory control measures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely availability of materials without overstocking.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory shipments; ensure accuracy against POs.
• Track and reconcile inventory discrepancies, working with warehouse and field teams.
• Maintain detailed, accurate inventory records in the management system.
• Assist with monthly and periodic cycle counts, audits, and physical stock reconciliations.
• Support documentation for purchase transactions and inventory usage, including logs.
• Communicate supply needs with internal departments and expedite shortages to leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements within purchasing and inventory functions.
• Ensure technicians and mechanics are equipped with necessary inventory and tools.
• Support day-to-day shop activities, coordinating inventory with Operations Manager.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
