Qualifications

• Read work orders and production docs to guide material flow.
• Accurately read tape measures and fractions.
• Maintain accurate inventory and document ERP transactions.
• Safely operate forklift and other material-handling equipment.
• Follow 5S standards for cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate shortages or issues to supervision promptly.
• Lift up to 50 lb and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, store, issue, and stage materials for manufacturing.
• Update inventory quantities and locations in ERP.
• Pull materials per work orders and production needs.
• Read material lists, part numbers, and packing slips.
• Enter transactions and reconcile cycles for accuracy.
• Operate press brakes, saws, grinders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, labeled workspace following 5S.
• Raise material shortages to supervision and adjust plans.
