Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM is seeking an Operations Support Specialist 2 to support the Sigma Foundry Team with hands-on inventory management, procurement, and workspace organization.

You will maintain Foundry areas, anticipate needs, and coordinate with programmatic personnel to ensure materials and readiness, while following safety and security requirements.

This role requires an Associate's Degree and 4 years' related experience, and may require a Q clearance.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
• Comfort working in an industrial environment with safety and security requirements.
• Effective written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Manage Foundry inventory, including critical spare parts, PPE, and consumables.
• Receive, track, and organize materials to ensure accurate inventory.
• Maintain Foundry areas through hands-on organization and housekeeping.
• Coordinate with programmatic personnel to anticipate needs and resolve supply gaps.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and pursue process improvements.
