Job summary

Los Alamos National Laboratory is seeking an Operations and Maintenance Coordinator 1 to centrally coordinate FSRs/PMRs, preventive maintenance, and maintenance work packages. You will ensure data accuracy across Asset Suite CMMS, Footprints, SharePoint, and reporting tools while complying with Laboratory requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and may require a DOE Q clearance. Strong scheduling, documentation, and cross-team communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience.
• DOE Order 426.2A requires a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Facility Service Requests (FSRs), PMRs, corrective and preventive maintenance from intake to closeout.
• Create, update, and maintain work orders and backlog records across CMMS and tracking systems.
• Perform QA reviews of work packages for completeness, accuracy, and approvals.
• Support PM program execution by assembling work packages and tracking status.
• Maintain preventive maintenance models, PMIDs, equipment lists, and attachments.
• Monitor backlogs and expirations; coordinate planning with engineering and execution teams.
• Generate maintenance performance reports and provide status updates to management.
• Process closeouts and archive records; support document control and retrieval.
