Sagis seeks a Full Time Materials Coordinator II in Houston, TX to support the transfer of materials between lab areas and external locations. You will manage inventories, monitor stock levels, and prepare shipments to meet client demands.

The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams. Work is in a climate-controlled facility with routine inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma – Required.
• 1–3 years of related experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transfer of materials between lab areas and external locations.
• Deliver or route materials to departments using wheeled carts, pallet jacks, or dolly.
• Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies.
• Record shipment data for reporting, accounting, or record-keeping purposes.
• Collect and analyze data on orders, inventory, and forecasts to estimate future demand.
