Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
• Experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and/or warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock transactions, and warehouse processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Execute material receiving, storage, issuance, transfers, cycle counting, and scrap transactions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse transactions within SAP and WMS.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate material availability with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements.
• Analyze inventory performance and help reduce excess and obsolete stock.
• Facilitate material movements while ensuring documentation and quality compliance.
• Provide system and process support for inventory and warehouse operations.
• Participate in Lean and continuous improvement activities, including 5S, Kitting, and Kanban.
• Adhere to inventory control standards and audit requirements.
