Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, warehousing, material handling, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to manage inventory transactions accurately, including part numbers, counts, and documentation.
• Experience with reading work orders, BOMs, and packing slips.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Coordinate with Quality Inspection on incoming materials when required.
• Label, organize, and store raw materials, components, and supplies.
• Pick, kit, stage, and deliver materials to support production schedules and work orders.
• Issue materials to Production, Machine Shop operations, and external vendors.
• Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, issues, and adjustments in the ERP/MRP system.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or low-stock concerns.
• Perform cycle counts and support physical inventory activities.
• Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and stockroom environment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment when trained and authorized.
• Partner with Purchasing, Planning, Production, and Quality teams to support manufacturing goals.
• Follow all company quality, safety, and inventory control procedures.
