Job summary

PPG is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to maintain inventory accuracy, process batch tickets, and support teams during ERP go-live readiness. The role requires systems proficiency and the ability to operate material handling equipment in a warehouse setting.

The candidate will work with Oracle ERP, participate in data validation, and collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth system launch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• Experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and process manufacturing batch tickets.
• Transact in Oracle system and align transactions with inventory records.
• Support pre-go-live ERP activities including data validation and documentation.
• Collaborate with ERP implementation team for configuration, testing and training prep.
• Create reports, analyze trends, and communicate updates to partners.
