ProMach’s PDF Seal division is seeking a Material Handler in Hauppauge, NY to coordinate inventory and orders for production. You will move raw materials and finished goods, stock shelves, and assist with cycle counts while maintaining accurate ERP records.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent attention to detail and safety.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to keep clean, orderly work areas.
• Good communication in English to follow instructions.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish.
• Strong time management and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
• Move materials between warehouse and production areas.
• Load/unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Supply production lines with required materials.
• Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse organization and safety.
• Follow GMPs and report discrepancies as needed.
• Use ERP to issue and stage material for orders.
