Job summary

KLA is seeking an Inventory Control specialist in Milpitas, CA to manage daily inventory activities, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving to ensure accuracy and timely materials flow.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, operating equipment, and maintaining precise records. SAP reporting and WMS familiarity are required, with a focus on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in inventory control, cycle counts, and audits.
• SAP experience and familiarity with WMS.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory control activities, including cycle counts and audits.
• Reconcile discrepancies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Shipping, and Receiving to resolve issues.
• Process incoming/outgoing shipments with correct quantities and part numbers.
• Operate material handling equipment and transport materials safely.
• Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production areas while maintaining accuracy.
• Generate SAP reports to monitor inventory performance.
