Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 to 5 years of inventory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills required.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; able to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP ERP system.
• Load/unload trucks and transport materials using forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Enter inventory data and perform related transactions timely to reflect current stock.
• Conduct cycle counts in raw materials, manufacturing areas and finished goods; reconcile discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Finance and other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
