Job summary

Crown Innovations is seeking a detail-oriented Materials Management Specialist for our Ontario, California facility. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, GFE/GFP accountability, and timely movement of materials for FAA modernization projects.

Responsibilities include receiving materials, issuing components to production, cycle counts, and maintaining records in the inventory system. The ideal candidate is organized, process-driven, and quality-focused.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Experience with inventory management systems and ERP/WMS.
• Strong understanding of FIFO and cycle counts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data recording.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials in the inventory system.
• Maintain FIFO storage and accurate inventory records.
• Issue materials to production per manufacturing requirements.
• Barcode finished products for inventory tracking.
• Support shipping/receiving and prepare materials for shipment.
• Maintain documentation supporting inventory and government property accountability.
• Assist with inventory audits and corrective actions.
