Future Form Manufacturing is seeking an Inventory Control & Material Flow Systems Manager in Sparks, NV. You will own the inventory accuracy across all facilities, lead the cycle count program, and drive material flow optimization using NetSuite.

The role requires 6+ years in inventory control, 2+ years of leadership, and strong data-driven decision making. You will partner with Planning, Purchasing, Production, and Finance to ensure audit-ready records and efficient material handling.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or warehouse operations.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team.
• Experience designing and running cycle count programs and physical inventories.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling, dashboards).
• Experience with ERP systems and NetSuite (preferred).
• NetSuite experience as SME for material flow.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the inventory control team and set priorities.
• Own inventory accuracy for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across facilities.
• Design and manage the cycle count program and drive root cause corrective actions.
• Plan and lead annual or periodic physical inventories with Finance and reporting.
• Oversee NetSuite material flow configuration and ensure data integrity.
