Cumberland Farms is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & AP Specialist in Westborough, MA. You will reconcile vendor credits, manage store credits, and validate third‑party inventory audits while partnering with Store Operations and IT to improve data integrity.

The role offers a structured, office‑based environment with regular hours and a focus on accuracy, reporting, and process improvement across supply chain finance functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: associate degree in business or related field.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile ~600 distributor credits weekly to store credits and ensure margins.
• Reconcile ~600 direct vendor deliveries weekly against data and paperwork.
• Prepare routine and ad hoc operational reporting for leadership.
• Support store operations by resolving invoice issues and IT tickets.
• Monitor shrink, margins, waste, and negative inventory variances.
