Cumberland Farms is seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory & AP Specialist in Westborough, MA. You will reconcile vendor credits, manage store credits, and validate third‑party inventory audits while partnering with Store Operations and IT to improve data integrity.

This role ensures the accuracy of store-level inventory, vendor invoicing, and margin-related transactions by reconciling high-volume credits and deliveries, resolving invoice and paperwork issues, and validating third‑party inventory audit results. It supports store operations through issue resolution and reporting, monitors key financial metrics such as shrink, margins, waste, and negative inventory, and partners with cross‑functional teams to maintain data integrity and drive operational accountability.
The above responsibilities are to be carried out in accordance with documented company policies and procedures. All of the above will be accomplished collaboratively but will also provide opportunities for independent decision making.
This position will work closely with Store Operations, Accounts Payable, Retail Accounting, Marketing, Field Audit and IT.
Minimum Education: Associate’s degree in business or related
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related
Minimum Experience: 1 year of office experience; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite primarily Excel
Preferred Experience: 3+ years of office experience, Working knowledge of PDI and good problem solving skills

No travel required
Typically Monday - Friday, 8 hour days in office setting
Minimal physical effort required; sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time. Ability to maneuver and lift up to 10 lbs.
