Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans supporting regional/local inventory and warehousing objectives.
• Develop SKU level forecast, supporting sales, distribution and manufacturing.
• Raise team and individual performance standards and drive cost reduction.
• Improve process and operational consistency to reduce costs.
• Motivate, direct, coach and develop a diverse, high performing team.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workforce.
