Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Orlando to supervise warehousing and shipping of materials. The role covers 7:00 PM to finish, Sunday-Thursday, and requires leadership of a 25-30 person team.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehouse supervision, forklift certification, and proficiency with Excel. Familiarity with SAP and inventory systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Experience managing people and budgets.
• 2+ years in a warehouse or distribution supervisor leadership position.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or lift products.
• Forklift certification required upon commencement of work.
• Advanced Excel experience.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 25-30 direct reports warehouse personnel.
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse.
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet facility demands.
• Allocate space for stock rotation.
• Maintain inventory levels and control product loss.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
• Secure company assets.
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget.
