Qualifications

• 7+ years in Supply Chain/Operations supervision including Distribution and Warehouse.

• Proven leadership presence and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Experience with warehouse automation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and supervise day-to-day Warehouse and Distribution operations.
• Liaise between distribution center and sales to ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee safety, service and cost parameters in DC operations.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company programs.
• Drive process improvements and asset security across the facility.
• Lead and engage teams to align with a One Team approach.
