Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring an Inventory Management Associate in Tempe, AZ. The role involves organizing shelves, grouping items by part numbers, and entering data into the Master Inventory List (MIL). You will print tags, annotate discrepancies, and coordinate with maintenance for part handling.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent with up to 3 years of related experience and can be engaged on a W-2 basis. The pay range is $22–$23 per hour for first shift (8:00 AM–4:30 PM).

Responsibilities

• Organizing shelves and grouping items by part numbers into bins.
• Enter part numbers and other information into the Master Inventory List (MIL).
• Print and tag items/bins based on information entered and annotate any discrepancies in the MIL.
• Communicate shortages of storage materials as needed; move to data entry and label locations accordingly.
• Move bin by bin and log inventory counts in MIL; lock inventory locations and coordinate with MVP Admin for data import.
• Perform general cleaning: dust shelves, sweep floors, break down boxes, and remove trash.

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Inventory Management Associate. Inventory Management Associate Position Type: Full time, Possible Contract to Hire Duration: 12 months Location: Tempe, AZ 85281 (1st shift 8AM-4:30PM).

As an Inventory Management Associate you will:

• Organizing Shelves
• Group items by part numbers into bins
• Enter part number and other information into Master Inventory List
• Print and tag items/bins based upon information entered
• Annotate any discrepancies, unknown information, unknown mfg/vendor, etc in Master Inventory List
• Communicate shortage of storage materials as needed
• Repeat until all parts are organized
• Wait for maintenance technicians to group parts as appropriate

Move to Location and Count Data Entry

• Start with populated shelf
• Mark inventory location with labels containing appropriate identifiers or codes
• Move bin by bin and enter location data into MIL for each barcoded part
• Log count of inventory for each part
• Mark inventory location as being locked and controlled
• Contact MVP Admin for data import

General Cleaning

• Dust shelves and bins
• Sweep floors
• Break down boxes
• General trash removal

Ideal Candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $22 to $23/per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
