Job summary

AD Chemco in Jerome, Idaho is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory records, process customer orders, and coordinate shipping and warehouse activities. You will ensure efficient distribution and high standards of accuracy and service.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, resolving discrepancies, processing shipping documents, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize order fulfillment and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate, pick, pack, and prepare products for customer orders and internal transfers in a timely manner.
• Create and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate shipments with internal carriers and monitor delivery status as needed.
• Verify received quantities and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain accurate electronic inventory and transaction records.
• Work with internal departments to prioritize order fulfillment and inventory needs.
• Maintain organized warehouse and storage areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and good housekeeping practices.
• Assist with process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
