Job summary

Rinchem Company, Inc. in Idaho is seeking an Inventory and Shipping Specialist to perform data entry in our systems, assist customers with product location and delivery times, and act as load planner for Intel deliveries.

The role emphasizes fast-paced accuracy, cross-functional teamwork, and preparation of shipping documents, with opportunities to support inventory QC and scheduling across Rinchem's warehouse network.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Some college preferred.
At least 3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory receipt entry in the Chem-Star WMS and/or customer systems of record.
Process specialized customer transactions (Hold, damaged, disposition) in Rinchem’s or customer systems of record.
Perform inventory cycle counts and enter customer reconciliation reports.
Research inventory discrepancies.
Perform QC checks on outbound, staged shipments.
Answer basic questions about delivery and inventory.
Provide truck driver directions.
Schedule Rinchem dock appointments for internal and external customers.
Answer emails regarding inventory, transportation scheduling, etc.
Generate specialized shipping paperwork (BOLs, Manifests, IATA, IMDG).
Enter POI data and assist with other administrative tasks for the CSC.
