Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; logistics training preferred.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, and inventory control is beneficial.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and food-safety practices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipping for frozen ice cream and dry blends.
• Allocate inventory to orders and production schedules using FIFO/FEFO.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP/WMS systems.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies with attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP/SQF and DOT policies; support audits.
