Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
In lieu of degree, 2+ years of inventory management experience.
3 years of customer service or related inventory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage implant and instrument retrievals for all orders when product cannot be supplied from Gainesville office; requires on-call support and after-hours shipping coordination.
Document all retrieval activities and report results monthly to the Team Leader.
Serve as escalation contact for Inventory Services and Loaner Program support.
Balance Field Sales supply and demand with internal supply chain strategies.
Audit and optimize field inventory to ensure assets are used efficiently and customer requirements are met.
